Typically items ship within a week. Please note turn around times if they are listed. Payment is expected promptly through the site. No refunds. Items are sent tracked through Canada Post unless you decide upon lettermail which is at your risk.
Return Policy
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges as these are handmade items unless there is a defect upon arrival. You have 72 hours from parcel delivery to reach out. Please send photos of defect to rlj@enkikreativedesigns.com
